What happens if I want to sell my business?

You may have a broker that’s involved in assisting you. We sit down with you and your account or tax advisor and we determine what the best way to approach, if you are doing a sale or purchase you can do an asset purchase, you can do a stock purchase depending on the situation.
So we assist you in all of those different considerations to come up with the best approach. Once we do that then we can help you form a contract and then go through the process of closing the transaction.
