What’s interesting in the practice of law that we’ve encountered over the last 4 to 5 years really, is the use of legal services that businesses are now using across the country one of them being let’s say Legal Zoom and there’s others out there.
Some people ask well why do I need an attorney for that? And really the frank answer is that sometimes you don’t need an attorney for some of these things. But I would caution you to make sure that you understand all of the implications in organizing a business.
Sometimes we do get involved with clients who have had such services, begin the process, but they might not have gotten the proper guidance along the way in different instances. And so we want to make sure that you have the full knowledge of what you are getting into; that we have a team approach your accountant or tax advisor and then you make decisions based on the needs of your business rather than just a form that you might encounter online.
