As part of a six part series, Attorney Heather Kroencke will present a workshop entitled Plan Ahead: Avoid Probate on September 17, 2015 in Libertyville. The talk is part of a series of workshops designed specifically for women who want to embrace the future with certainty and enthusiasm, and want to utilize their money to lead a fulfilling and purposeful life. Ms. Kroencke’s presentation will focus on teaching participants what probate is and why they would want to avoid it. She will discuss the pitfalls of probate as well as covering living trusts, jointly-held assets and the importance of correctly naming beneficiaries.
