Heather Kroencke: An estate plan. What we mean by an estate plan is sitting down, going over your finances to see what you have and how you have it titled and then determining if you can handle all of that through a basic will.
Beneficiary designations are part of your estate plan often overlooked and if necessary possibly setting up a trust. It also encompasses your healthcare and property powers of attorney.
